Celebrating Our 2026 Scholarship Recipient:

Jazemine Sullivan!

At Bolivar Health & Rehabilitation, we are incredibly proud to support the next generation of healthcare heroes. Today, we are thrilled to introduce our 2026 scholarship recipient, Jazemine Sullivan.

A recent graduate of Bolivar Central High School in Hardeman County, Jazemine is already taking massive strides toward a brilliant career in medicine.

Jazemine’s passion for helping others is taking her to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she will pursue her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

But she isn’t stopping there. Jazemine has her sights set on the future with a clear, ambitious roadmap:

• The Immediate Goal: Earn her Bachelor's degree in Nursing. 
• The Long-Term Dream: Attend and graduate from CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) school to specialize in anesthesia care.

Helping dedicated, local students like Jazemine achieve their professional goals is exactly why we love offering these annual scholarships. We have no doubt that her drive, talent, and compassion will make a profound impact on the lives of countless patients in the years to come.
